Are there any requirements I have to meet before joining any of the courses?
No. Students without relevant musical background will start from Stage 1 of the courses. As long as you have the passion for music, your learning development will be taken care of.

I already have some music background, can I skip the beginning stages?
Yes. You will attend a 30-mins preparatory lesson conducted by our directors. After that, we will arrange you to join an existing class based on your standard.

What if I am too slow or too fast in the class?
We always ensure that every student could progresses well with the class. If your learning pace cannot match with your fellow classmates, we will arrange you to join another class of a similar pace or suggest other solutions on a case-by-case basis.

How would I know if I am comfortable with the age group of the class?
The average age group of our current students is mid-20 to 30s (Youngest: 13 yrs; Most Elderly: 55yrs). Over the years, our teaching approach has proven to be acceptable by both teenagers and adults.

Do I need to bring my own instrument to classes?
Guitars and Keyboards are provided in the classrooms. You do not have to bring them unless you are only comfortable with your own.

How is the payment of course fee like?
Course fee is payable on a monthly basis, for 4 lessons. Lessons that are cancelled due to Public Holidays or other matters will be replaced subsequently.

Do you conduct lessons on weekends and Public Holidays?
We are open 7 days a week except Public Holidays. For lessons that fall on Public Holidays, we will re-schedule them to another day. Don't worry, if no replacement is made, there will be no charge for that lesson.

Can I choose my preferred day to have the lesson conducted?
Yes. You can state your preferred days and timings in your enrolment form, and we will try to arrange the next upcoming intakes according to your selected timeslots. For Group classes, lessons will be fixed on that particular day of the week subsequently.

What happens if I have to miss 1 lesson on my own accord?
If you inform us 1 week in advance, your instructor will try to arrange for a short makeup lesson with you. However, this is still subject to the availability of classrooms and instructor's class schedule. Whether there is a presence of makeup session, your instructor will ensure that you can progress well with the class.

Do you conduct individual lessons?
Yes, we can arrange lessons on a one-to-one basis according to the student's preferred timings.

What if I need to be away for a period of time due to personal plans?
You may suspend your lesson until you are ready to continue with your course. We will arrange you to rejoin the same or another class based on your learning condition when you are back.

What kind of training do you provide if one aspires to become a singer?
We have our very own Artiste Development Workshop which equipped students with complete skills like vocal techniques, stage presence, hosting, grooming, etc. With intensive weekly performing slots and practice, this training has proven to be very beneficial for serious music seeker. Those graduated with distinction will be offered an Artiste Contract which allow you to record your tailored-made song and publish to the mass.

Do you conduct special courses with certain goals in mind, for corporate or a group of music enthusiasts?

What happens after completing a course?
A Certificate of Course Completion will be awarded. Students with high potential will be offer an Artiste Contract. Demo Singer jobs will also be offered to those with potential. But most importantly, students would have already achieved a higher standard in their musical abilities.
